That was a very interesting watch and read.

I have noticed that once I started doing targeted goals rather than blank statements, I've noticed faster improvements. Setting myself a goal for a week is a great way to keep myself working throughout the week, and improving on it, even if it's a small thing. I'll keep this even more in mind as I establish more schedules going forward.
